Once the hydrocarbon comes in contact with Enretech-1, it will be absorbed and encapsulated (up to saturation level).  The product is dispersed by tilling, and there is no requirement for washing and milling as with other bacterial applications.

Case studies and projects conducted in the USA, Canada, Vietnam, Indonesia., Japan and Australia have recorded average reductions in hydrocarbon levels of 82% in 77 days.  In some cases, up to 80% in 30 days.  Remediation can take place in situ with a roto-tiller (to a depth of .5 metres).  Deeper contamination should be excavated and blended (replace in situ, windrow or biopile).
Sludges should be thoroughly blended with an industrial mixer.  A general application protocol is listed on this web site.  Detailed, site-specific application protocols are available upon request from Enretech.
